Ideas, angles, and draft templates for writing about the NY-12 race in your own channels.

Angles that seem to land
- The super-PAC as the story. $10M+ from an AI-industry super-PAC attacking one state assemblyman in a primary is a remarkable escalation. Write about what that says about AI-policy politics — not about Alex specifically.
- RAISE Act explainer. Most readers don't know what the bill does. A short, honest summary of what the law says and what the labs are pushing back against is a genuine contribution.
- Why you personally care. First-person matters. "I work in tech / I think about AI risk / I live in NY-12 and here's what I saw in my inbox" is more persuasive than generic advocacy.

A few things to avoid
- Don't claim the effort is coordinated with the campaign — it isn't.
- Don't make claims about specific people's motives you can't source. The voices page has citations for the factual claims used on this site.
- Don't imply people are bad for voting the other way. The goal is to be persuasive, not to moralize.
